Ice Breaker: Share with the group a fond memory from childhood. What was the experience, who were you with and what made it special?

Read aloud the initial complaint, Habakkuk 1:2-4. Notice the first question. The question “How long” appears about 50 times in the Old Testament and just less than 10 in the New Testament. Have you ever asked the question “How Long”? Discuss what you have learned about the difference between God’s timing and ours. What are some lessons to be learned during the meantime of “How Long”?
