First Things First- Open your time in prayer.

Ice Breaker Activity: Proverbs 17:22 states that a merry/cheerful heart is good medicine. Share with the group a favorite and fun story or joke.

Every Christian has a personal testimony. Today we hope to hear one another as we share briefly our experience in coming to know the Lord as well as “brush up” our personal testimonies.

Background Scriptures: Acts 9:1-19; Acts 22:1-21

Focal Scripture: Acts 26:1-32

Look for key words/phrases in this passage like “permission to speak” verse 1; “defense” verse 2; etc.

Below please find a simple breakdown of Paul’s testimony before King Agrippa. Allow this outline to help you “brush up” your testimony.

Acts 26:1-11- my life before Christ

Acts 26:12-14- how the Lord began to work in my life

Acts 26:15-18- how I came to know the Lord and was saved

Acts 26:19-23- the differences Jesus made in my life

Acts 26:24-32- the appeal- such as- see samples below

“Where are you on this spiritual journey?”

“Would you like to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord?”

“How may I pray for you?”

Homework- as you journal this week, work on writing your testimony and “brush it up” for future use.
